payment chat works.
No extra app is needed for the chat. You use WhatsApp to choose your service and receive your token. The payment link opens a checkout where you can pay by card or transfer.
Yes. Choose your electricity provider, then select prepaid for a token or postpaid for a bill payment. The chat guides you through the next steps.
The prepaid flow offers both options. Enter the amount in naira or the units in kWh, then review the order summary and charges before you pay.
Once your payment is confirmed, the bot sends the prepaid token and transaction details to your WhatsApp chat. Enter the token into your meter’s keypad to load it.
Check the customer details carefully. If they don’t match the meter you want to pay for, choose the wrong-meter option and correct the number before continuing.
